Enhancing Employee Data for NHD Development Group Inc.

Linda Sutherland, manager of the Memories Antique Mall in
Cleveland, Tennessee, has been using the database to manage data about dealers,
employees, classes, instructors, customers, and booths. She has transferred
most of her manual systems to the database and has been very pleased with the
database. Linda asks if you can make it easier to print the two reports that she
frequently prints, rptEmployeeSalaryDetail and rptEmployeeSalarySummary,
because she sends these reports to the NHD corporate offices on a quarterly
basis.

Enhancing Employee Data for NHD Development Group Inc.

because she sends these reports to the NHD corporate offices on a quarterly
basis.

Another change that Linda asks you to make is to hide the
Hourly Rate controls for salaried employees and to hide the Salary controls for
hourly employees in frmEmployeeData. In the same form, Linda mentions that she
needs a way to monitor personnel reviews for employees with regard to having
advance notice to schedule them and a reminder when they are past due. You tell
Linda that she might benefit from having a reminder on frmEmployeeData to
indicate how many months remain until the employee’s next review date, and a
reminder for employees who have not had their reviews when the scheduled date
has passed. Linda wants the overdue reminder to appear in red, bold font and
the number of months until the next review to appear in blue, bold font. She
also wants you to hide the review date when the review is overdue so it does
not display a negative number, and to hide the review date for inactive
employees.

Complete the following:

Hide the Review and ReviewMonths_Label controls in
frmEmployeeData when the value in the Review field is .
