Providing a User Interface for the Hershey College
Intramural Department

In this project, you continue to work with Marianna Fuentes,
assistant director of the Intramural Department at Hershey College. She has
some concerns about the purchases that coaches have made and asks that you flag
large purchases in the Hershey database. She wants to highlight the large
purchases on-screen and on the written purchases detail report.

In addition, to maintain security and make the Hershey
database easier to use, Marianna does not want the staff to work directly with
the objects in the Navigation pane. Most department employees are not familiar
with Access, and she wants to provide a menu system that includes options users
can choose to open the queries, forms, and reports in the database.

Complete the following:

To help track and prevent unauthorized large purchases,
Marianna asks you to provide a way to display the coach’s information in
frmPurchaseData for any purchase of $150 or more. Add a button to the form that
only appears for a large purchase. When users click this button, it should
display the name and other relevant information for the coach who
made this purchase. Users should only be able to view, not change, the coach’s
data. The button should not be visible when the amount is less than $150.
